About the course

The NEBDN Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing is an integrated qualification tailored for the Dental Nurse Apprenticeship in England. It aligns seamlessly with the Dental Nurse Apprenticeship Standard ST0113 and the Assessment Plan version AP05, published on 28 July 2022.

Meeting the stringent standards of the General Dental Council (GDC), successful completion enables learners to register with the GDC through the Apprenticeship route. This qualification thoroughly covers the Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) pivotal for the Dental Nurse Apprenticeship Standard and meets all of the GDC’s Learning Outcomes for Dental Nurses.

Requirements:

This apprenticeship is for individuals aged 16+ who are enrolled on the Dental Nurse Apprenticeship with NEBDN and are employed in a suitable Dental Nursing role.

The Dental Nurse Assessment Plan AP05 ensures that the End-Point Assessment is integrated into the qualification, a requirement for achieving both the qualification and the Apprenticeship.
