Jermaine Badman

We are proud to introduce Jermaine Badman, a highly experienced tutor who brings a wealth of knowledge to our NEBDN Accredited National Diploma in Dental Nursing. Jermaine qualified as a dental nurse in 2001 at the University Dental Hospital Cardiff and has since built an impressive career that spans both NHS and private practices, as well as community services.

In addition to her dental nursing qualification, Jermaine holds certifications in Oral Health Education, Radiography, and a Level 3 Award in Education and Training. She has taken on various roles throughout her career, including leading domiciliary dental care services in Somerset and working in the oral surgery department at Great Western Hospital in Swindon. Her passion for teaching has driven her to dedicate many years to educating future dental nurses.

Jermaine is deeply committed to oral health education and believes that by equipping individuals with the right knowledge, dental issues can be prevented, and overall health can improve. She is passionate about ensuring everyone has access to good oral care, and she views dental nurses as crucial to providing high-quality patient care.

When she’s not busy teaching or working, Jermaine enjoys playing badminton and spending time with her family and two miniature schnauzers.

Jermaine’s dedication to her students and her field makes her an invaluable part of our team, and she looks forward to continuing to inspire and train the next generation of dental nurses at Forward Academic Team.
