Pre-enrolment and enrolment – September 2019

This is a 12 months course where you need to attend 2 classes per month on weekends with 3-4 hrs classes of each in a classroom based environment. After a successful completion of the course your name will be forwarded for the final exam consisting of two parts. First part is EMQs (extended matching questions) theory with and MCQs (multiple choice questions). After passing part one you will be allowed to sit the second part which consists of OSCE (objective structured clinical examination). On completing the whole exam you will get a dental nursing diploma certificate from the NEBDN, that allows you to register with GDC and become a registered Dental Nurse. You will also be required to complete RoE (Record of Experience), which is a practical experience record that needs to be completed within deadlines provided by the NEBDN. This is a work based assessment portfolio required to complete NEBDN’s National Diploma in Dental Nursing.

Paying Fees
You will need to confirm your fee status, including whether the course and the fee are as you expect where you are paying all or part of the fee, you will be able to set up instalments over the academic year. The instalments are not aligned to the number of terms attended. Instalment plans are as follows:

• first initial payment at pre-enrolment @ £500

• further monthly instalment @ £100 per month

(Initial £500 is already included in the total fee.)
